Aponte Homes LLC, doing business as Done Right Renovations, provides home renovation and construction services in the Tampa Bay area, including kitchen, bathroom, drywall, roofing, window, and demolition work. The information on this site is provided for general purposes only and does not create a service relationship on its own.

Submitting a request through this site lets us reach out to you about a free estimate — it does not, by itself, create a contract. A working relationship, and the price for any project, begins only when we provide a separate written estimate or proposal that you agree to.

When you request an estimate, you confirm that the contact and property information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to request work at that property. Don't submit anything through this site that isn't accurate or isn't yours to submit.

Requesting or receiving a free estimate visit does not obligate you to hire us. Any price discussed during an estimate visit is not final until reflected in a written proposal or contract signed by both parties.

This website does not process payments. Pricing, invoicing, and payment terms for any project are handled through a separate written agreement. Any payment terms quoted casually on this site or in conversation are subject to that written agreement.

This site is built, hosted, and operated with the help of third-party platforms (including Vercel, Google Fonts, and the social platforms we publish on). Their terms govern your use of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party sites or platforms.

You agree not to use this website to: (a) submit knowingly false or misleading information; (b) attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the site; (c) impersonate another person or business; or (d) violate any applicable law. We may refuse or remove submissions and refuse to provide services if these terms are violated.

The Done Right Renovations name, logo, copy, code, and design on this site are owned by Aponte Homes LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from the site without permission.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aponte Homes LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from or relating to your use of this website. This limitation applies to your use of the website itself, separate from any signed renovation contract, which is governed by its own terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
